Custom made tumblers can take between 14-21 days before shipping. This does not include holidays.
Customizable items (i.e. adding name decals) can take up to 7 days before shipping. If you’re unsure which category your purchase falls in please feel free to email us at kjtumblercreations@gmail.com.
All items are shipped via USPS priority mail with insurance. If there is any damage to your order please take multiple pictures of the damage including the packaging and email us at kjtumblercreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please double check the address entered at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
An email with tracking information will automatically be sent out once your order has been fulfilled. Please check spam folders to be sure you’re accepting our emails.
Local contact free pickup is available in San Antonio, TX area. Please send an email to kjtumblercreations@gmail.com if you’ve chosen local pickup. The pickup location will be provided in our response.
