Custom made tumblers can take between 5-6 weeks before shipping. This does not include holidays. Please follow our Facebook page to get updated turnaround times as these can change.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Please reach out to us via email to discuss. If your order has not been started changes may be accepted. Additional fees may apply. If your order has been started changes may not be accepted.
Can you make my tumbler on a live?
Yes! Please contact us to schedule a date/time to make your tumbler on a live. We typically do lives every Wednesday at 6:30PM CST.
Can I cancel my order if I’ve changed my mind?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us for cancellation within 24 hours. *Orders submitted after 24 hours cannot be cancelled.
What if I need my order sooner?
There is an additional fee of $10 for all rush orders. During the holidays rush orders are not allowed. You must place your order before the holiday deadline.
What if my order is incorrect?
