Returns

All items are carefully inspected to ensure they meet quality standards.  For all personalized requests please make sure all spelling/punctuation, size, and/or style requested is accurate.  Because majority of our items are made to order, we do not allow returns and refunds.  However, if the item received is incorrect (spelling/punctuation error, incorrect size or color) we will gladly replace the item.
